1. Right of withdrawal (return of goods)
1.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
1.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should immediately inform the Seller of his/her decision (e.g. by e-mail to sklep@akuma-inn.com or in writing to the following address: ul. Bydgoska 15, 96-300 Żyrardów).
1.3. The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the goods were delivered to the Consumer or a third party indicated by him (other than the carrier).
1.4. After submitting a return request, the Consumer has a further 14 days to return the goods to the Seller. The right of withdrawal is deemed to be exercised if the package is returned before this deadline.
1.5. The goods must be returned in an unaltered state, enabling the determination of their nature, characteristics and functioning (i.e. in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories).
1.6. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer.
2. Refund of payment
2.1. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer (including delivery costs – up to the cheapest available delivery method offered by the Store) without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
2.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another solution that does not involve additional costs for the Consumer.
3. Exchange of goods
3.1. Exchanging a product (e.g. for a different size or color) is treated as a return and the simultaneous placement of a new Order.

-
send back the returned goods within 14 days of receiving them;
