Order Processing Time

It usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to prepare a shipment. In very rare cases, we may need more time—in such cases, we will notify the customer of the delay.

Delivery Time

We ship your order immediately after it is ready. Depending on the selected shipping method and destination, we offer shipping via InPost parcel lockers and couriers, and for international shipments, we use courier companies. The estimated delivery time from the moment the package is shipped is:

Poland:
InPost parcel lockers – 1–3 business days

InPost courier – 1–2 business days

Europe:

Courier services – 3–7 business days

USA:

Shipments Suspended

In all cases, the store calculates shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of the order. The total shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart summary.

The buyer also agrees to cover the costs of customs duties and import taxes for shipments outside the European Union. We are not responsible for delivery delays related to customs procedures.

Redirection

Redirecting a package after it has been shipped—that is, changing the delivery address to one other than the one entered on the shipping form—incurs an additional fee of 10 euros. Refusal to pay this fee will result in the suspension of the processing of the customer’s future orders or the customer being placed on a blacklist.

Payments

The primary payment processor for our store is PayU. We also accept payments via PayPal and direct bank transfers to our account.
