Order processing time
It typically takes us 1 to 3 business days to prepare a shipment. In very rare cases, we may need more time. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the delay.
Shipment delivery time
We ship your order immediately after it's completed. Depending on the chosen shipping method and destination, we offer shipping via Parcel Lockers and Inpost couriers, and international shipments via courier companies. Estimated delivery times from shipment dispatch are:
Poland:
Inpost parcel lockers – 1-3 business days
Inpost courier – 1-2 business days
Europe:
Courier companies – 3-7 business days
USA:
Shipments suspended
In each case, the store calculates shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of the order. The total shipping cost is visible in the cart summary.
The buyer also agrees to cover customs duties and import taxes for shipments outside the European Union. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs procedures.
Redirection
Redirecting a package after it has been shipped—that is, changing the delivery address to a different one than the one entered on the shipping form—incurs an additional €10 surcharge. Refusal to pay will result in the suspension of any future orders from the customer or placing the customer on a blacklist.

Our store's primary payment provider is PayU. We also accept payments via PayPal and direct bank transfers to our account.
