RETURNS
We accept returns of products. You must contact us, declare your will of return and ship the package back to us within 14 days of the date of receiving your order. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we may refuse to pay the refund. Customer covers all costs of shipping the order back.

We accept exchanges of products. You must contact us, declare your will of exchange and provide us with exact information about the item you want to get instead, and ship the package back to us within 14 days of the date of receiving your order. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we may refuse to exchange it for another one. We will send the new product as soon as we will get the previous one. Customer covers all costs of shipping the order back.
COMPLAINTS
We accept complaints. You must contact us, provide us with exact information about your reasons of complaint (product damage, etc) within ONE DAY of the date of receiving your order. Describe us the situation, take photos – we will need them in order to write a complaint to courier company. We will send you a new product as soon as possible – it usually takes us 3 to 5 workdays.
